Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between Nathalie Buschor, Scheuchzerstrasse 8, 8006 Zurich (hereinafter the "Provider") and the persons or organisations using her services (hereinafter "clients" or "principals").
The GTC apply to all services provided by the Provider in the areas of executive coaching, consulting (for SMEs), talks and presentations, psychotherapy, and couples and family therapy. They apply unless deviating written agreements are made in the individual case.
Deviating terms and conditions of clients or principals apply only if expressly acknowledged in writing by the Provider.
2. Services
The Provider renders her services with due care, to the best of her knowledge and belief, and in accordance with the recognised professional standards of her professions. Services may be provided at the practice at Scheuchzerstrasse 8, 8006 Zurich, in the forest or in nature (forest bathing), or online.
2.1 Executive coaching
Coaching serves professional and personal development, the reflection of leadership and decision-making situations, and the strengthening of individual resources. Coaching does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
2.2 Consulting (for SMEs)
Consulting comprises the professional support of small and medium-sized enterprises, for example in matters of organisational, leadership and personnel development. The content, scope and objectives of the consulting engagement are agreed in each individual case.
2.3 Talks and presentations
The Provider gives talks and presentations on topics at the interface of business and psychology. Scope, format, venue and fee are agreed in writing in advance.
2.4 Psychotherapy
Psychotherapeutic treatment is provided within the framework of the recognised professional and ethical standards. The Provider practises as a psychotherapist (FSP). By its nature, no specific treatment outcome can be guaranteed. The client's cooperation is essential to the course of treatment.

2.5 Couples and family therapy
Couples and family therapy is aimed at couples and family systems for working on relationship, communication and conflict issues. The participation of all persons involved requires their consent.
3. Appointments, cancellations and rescheduling
Appointments are arranged in person, by phone or electronically. Agreed appointments are binding.
If an appointment is missed or not cancelled in good time, the reserved time cannot be offered to anyone else. Cancellations or rescheduling must therefore be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed appointment. [Placeholder: adjust the cancellation period if required.]

Appointments in the forest or in nature may be rescheduled due to weather conditions; in this case, the Provider will give timely notice.
4. Fees and payment
Fees depend on the service in question and are communicated or agreed in advance.

In the event of late payment, default interest may be charged after a reminder in accordance with the statutory provisions (5% pursuant to Art. 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
5. Confidentiality and professional secrecy
The Provider treats all information that comes to her knowledge in the course of the collaboration as strictly confidential. Professional confidentiality applies; in the area of psychotherapy, the statutory duty of secrecy under Art. 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code additionally applies.
Information is disclosed to third parties only with the express consent of the person concerned or where there is a legal obligation or entitlement to disclose. In the context of professional supervision or intervision, content is discussed exclusively in anonymised form.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and the associated ordinance. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.
6. Client cooperation
Effective collaboration requires active cooperation as well as complete and truthful information. Clients and principals remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
7. Liability
The Provider is liable for damage only where intent or gross negligence on her part is proven. Liability for slight negligence and for auxiliary persons is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Coaching, consulting and presentations provide impulses and decision-making input; no specific economic or personal success is owed or guaranteed. For therapeutic services, no specific healing or treatment outcome is warranted.
Participants take part in activities in the forest or in nature at their own responsibility and must ensure they are equipped appropriately for the weather. [Placeholder: add any notes on insurance and personal responsibility.]
8. Duration and termination
The contractual relationship may be terminated by either party at any time, unless otherwise agreed. Services already rendered must be paid for. [Placeholder: add any notice periods for longer consulting mandates.]
9. Amendments to the GTC
The Provider reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version in force at the time the contract is concluded is authoritative.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The contractual relationship is governed exclusively by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide for a different place of jurisdiction.
11. Severability
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to its economic purpose.
