Talks, Workshops & Training in Zurich

A good talk changes how a room full of people thinks about a topic. A good workshop changes what they do afterwards. As a keynote speaker and trainer in Zurich, I bring to the stage and into teams the topics that occupy leaders today: leadership in the digital age, resilience and self-leadership under pressure, mindfulness at work, agile leadership and dealing with change.

What shapes my formats is the link between business and psychology. From fifteen years of international leadership responsibility I know how organisations tick and what really occupies leaders. As a psychologist and psychotherapist FSP I know the mechanisms behind it – why people react the way they do under pressure, and what strengthens them. I have taught leadership and personal development at the University of St. Gallen, IMD Lausanne, the University of Basel and Schumacher College.

Formats include keynotes (30–60 minutes), half- and full-day workshops, multi-part leadership programmes and retreats in nature. Content, duration and language (German, English, French) are tailored to your goals. I would be glad to discuss your request in a first conversation.

What clients say

Frequently asked questions

Which topics do you offer?
Leadership in the digital age, resilience and self-leadership under pressure, mindfulness at work, agile leadership, dealing with change, and business meets psychology – why smart people make unwise decisions. Every topic is adapted to your industry and audience.
How far in advance should I book, and what does a talk cost?
Ideally six to eight weeks for keynotes, eight to twelve weeks for workshops and training programmes. The fee depends on format, duration, preparation and audience size; you receive a transparent proposal after the first conversation.
How does the first conversation work?
We start with a short, no-obligation introductory call (approx. 20 minutes, by phone or online). You describe your concern, I explain how I work, and we decide together whether and how to continue. Only then do we schedule a first session.
